A few weeks ago Jake & I went on vacation to San Diego with his family & much fun was had by all! The beach, Los Angeles, & Comic Con were all on our list of attractions, but first! The San Diego Zoo! The last time I was here, I was nine & the panda bears were put out on display a week after we left. I've been looking forward to this ever since! 

Jake was put in charge of the map & he took this quite seriously. The night before the zoo, Jake came up with 23 points of interest that we had to squeeze into one day. By five o'clock, we had seen all 23 & covered the entire zoo! Go us!

So this crab-thing on the right was disgusting. It was huge. And it was disgusting. It didn't help that it was in the insect house & I was already incredibly grossed out.
