FAQ'S & STORE POLICIES
WHY ARE PAPER & ENVELOPE OPTIONS DIFFERENT WITH FOIL-PRESSED CARDS?
I work with two separate printing companies. While one company offers a variety of papers & envelopes, the other has stunningly beautiful foil-pressed designs with limited paper & envelope selections.
CAN I CHANGE THE DESIGN OR PLACEMENT OF THE FOIL?
Unfortunately, no. That is set by the printing company & cannot be changed.
CAN I UPLOAD MY PHOTOS?
Unfortunately I do not have a photo upload option. As soon as I receive your order I will be in contact with you via email to retrieve your photo(s). To save time, email me your photo(s) after you've placed your order. firstname.lastname@example.org
DO I GET TO SEE A PROOF?
Yes! I will be in contact with you via email with a preview of your card with customized text & photos.
TURNAROUND & SHIPPING
Proofs will be sent via email within 1-3 business days of receiving your photo(s).
Shipping is $7.50 per product for 2-10 business days. Two-day shipping is available for $9.50 per product.
Once I have placed your order with the print lab, turnaround is 1 to 2 days, is shipped at the lowest cost shipping service, generally UPS Ground, UPS SurePost, FedEx Ground or by the USPS, & can arrive anywhere from 2 to 10 days. Expedited shipping is available. Live outside of the US? No problem! International shipping is available!
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
My print lab production facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for most of the year. With their automated production system, orders can very quickly move past the point of cancellation or modification at all hours of the day. Because of this, once I place an order with them, it cannot be cancelled. Please double check your orders for accuracy before submission.
If there is an error in or damage to your order please let me know so I call my customer service representative so the order may be corrected &/or replaced. Remakes will only be done for the same finishing services & from the original files submitted in the original order. If you wish to make modifications to your product, you will need to place a new order at your cost. Remake orders will be shipped the same method as the original order. Saturday delivery is available for $15.
If you receive a shipment that appears damaged, do not refuse the shipment, but immediately inspect the contents & contact me to get a remake order started. They will file the necessary claim with the shipping carrier. Shipping damage is outside their control, & they are only responsible for replacing the product on their normal production time line with their standard shipping methods. You are responsible for any rush charges or expedited freight expense on shipping damage remakes.
