Card Book Order Form

When you’re ready to submit an order, fill out this form. Once I receive all of your choices, I’ll get back to you in 1–3 business days with a mockup of your materials & next steps including a shipping address. Occasionally my emails get sent to spam, so check that if you haven’t heard from me.

I work first-come first-serve & work diligently around my kids’ school & nap schedules to get everything completed in a timely fashion. Because this is a multi-step process with a dependance on the availability of your desired materials & varying shipping times, it’s hard to give a guaranteed completion date. Once all design questions have been answered & your cards & materials are in my possession, I can typically get a set of books done in 1-2 weeks after payment.

However, a Rush fee per book can be added to your total to push your order to the top of my queue.

More than one book in an order?

If you have multiple sets of cards in one order but want different materials for each, fill out the form only once & tell me in the Special Requests box your finishing choices for each additional book.
