Editing Only

Send smart previews via lightroom

Follow these steps if you are needing editing services only. Follow the next section’s instructions if you need culling, organizing, &/or renaming services as those require the original files.

After culling your photos, organize in the order you want & rename them following whatever convention you prefer.
Import them into Lightroom Classic making sure to check “Build Smart Previews” before starting the import. This allows me to work on your files without needing the original RAW file.
Export as Catalog: Go to File > Export as Catalog & check the box to "Build and include smart previews".
Email me the .lrcat file.
Once completed, I will email you the .lrcat file back with final edits. Open the new .lrcat file & export your images when you’re ready.

EDITING + ALL OTHER post-shoot SERVICES

Send ORIGINAL RAW FILES

Follow these steps if you are needing more than just editing.

Send me your original .RAW files via Dropbox. Once you receive an email from me with a link, upload your files. No need to email me–Dropbox will let me know I have files waiting.

If you reserved an editing time // I will have already set up a personalized Dropbox File Request & sent that to you via email the day after your shoot.
If you did not reserve an editing time slot // I will create & email you a Dropbox File Request link after I receive a Gallery Submission Request from you.

Do not zip or compress the folder. Just drag & drop all the individual RAW image files directly into the link.

Do not upload multiple sessions to the same link. I will create a unique link for each session to keep things organized on my end.

Do not send .jpg copies with your .RAW files. Send only what you need me to work on.

Photo & album Previews

When approval of edits are needed or album spreads are ready, previews will be sent via Dropbox & will be password protected. These files will be watermarked by me & downloads will be disabled until final files are ready & payment has been received if applicable.
