legacy ranch {styled wedding shoot} fredericksburg, texas

This couldn’t have been a more perfect way to end my 2020 photo season. A simply elegant styled shoot at a brand new wedding venue in Fredericksburg in 60 degree weather.

Legacy Ranch Guest Houses finished their steel open-air wedding chapel recently & are eagerly anticipating their first wave of weddings. They graciously allowed those of us involved in the shoot the opportunity to spend the night in their guest houses, & let me tell you, it was simply amazing. My husband & I jumped on a chance for a quick baby-moon & was blown away by the Sieben Salthaus that we got to stay in. My friend Cub with Form to Feeling & his wife Amy stayed in the NK Harper Barnhouse, a historic 1890’s Missouri barn that’s been relocated & overhauled into the most gorgeous living space you’ve ever seen. April outdid herself with every detail on this entire project down to the hand-stenciled floors in the bathrooms. She has so many future projects to add & I can’t wait to see the finished product. Read the whole story here.

But none of my photos today feature any of the fun guest houses nor the beautiful bathroom floors. For our photo shoot, we focused on the open-air steel chapel. Don’t miss the massive chandeliers that add the perfect touch of magic around dusk.

Lauren looked absolutely stunning in the two gowns provided by Fiancee Bridal Boutique in Boerne, & I loved that I got to spend some time with the fabulous Sunny who did my wedding hair & makeup 7 years ago. A perfect day.
