sacred oaks {wedding venue} dripping springs, texas

A tour of local Austin wedding venues

If you missed the first post, make sure you check out Camp Lucy’s original site.

outdoor ceremony space

If this isn’t magical, I don’t know what is. If you are imaging getting married under massive oak trees, this is your ideal situation. The curving pathway rounds an enormous oak tree jokingly named Fred by the workers & your breath catches when you see this stunning site. They weren’t turned on, but twinkle lights are hanging all throughout the trees making early evening weddings sparkle. A giant bell tower awaits for the happy newlyweds to ring as they exit! With a lot of built in features, it doesn’t take much to decorate this space.
Ceremony site only.

reception hall

The reception hall is absolutely enormous & could very easily host both your ceremony & reception. The intricate design of the ceiling took me back to my architectural history days in college. Off the back patio is a wide lawn perfect for cocktail hour with lawn games &/or your entire reception.
Ceremony &/or reception site.

bridal suite

The bridal suite of my dreams came true with this space. Open, white, & light. Three of my favorite things! There’s even a back way out of the room so the bride can sneak around guests who haven’t found the ceremony yet.

groom’s suite

The guys’ room sports rich leather chairs, plenty of manly details, & their own private bathroom. I spy more details with Camp Lucy’s logo!
